Rachel Tan is both qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales
and as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore. She worked at
one of the leading Singapore law firms before joining FFW in
2000.
Rachel has a wide range of experience in advising on all aspects
of trade marks and designs, including the clearance, protection,
exploitation and enforcement of brands, in the UK, Europe and
globally. She has managed brand protection programmes for a
number of global companies, including Apple Inc. and Warner Bros.
Entertainment, Inc.
Rachel is fluent in Mandarin.
