Dr. Alexandra von Bismarck is a partner in the Hamburg office of
Field Fisher Waterhouse. She specialises in intellectual
property law with an emphasis on trade
mark law and advises and represents both domestic and
international clients on all aspects of trade
mark law. Alexandra acts for commercial, industrial and
financial clients in all trade mark matters in the fields of
pharmaceuticals, consumer products and financial services.
Alexandra studied law at the University of Konstanz as well as
at the University of Lausanne. Before joining Field Fisher
Waterhouse she worked for more than eight years with Harmsen
Utescher, a German law firm with focus on IP and patents.
She is admitted to the German bar and a Committee member of
ECTA. As well as her native German, Alexandra advises her clients
in English and French.
