With a commercial law background, Tim Van Canneyt works in
the Technology Law Group where he advises
clients on both contractual and litigation aspects of information
technology and data protection.
An important part of this practice includes drafting service
agreements, and advising on legal aspects relating to software
development, implementation, maintenance, licensing as well as IT
outsourcing.
He also gained experience with business criminal law, where he
litigates in fraud cases and assists clients with their compliance,
and fraud prevention schemes.
Tim works in Dutch, French and English and some German.
