David Wilkinson advises private sector bodies on a wide range of
corporate and commercial transactions including
acquisitions, disposals, joint
ventures, fund raisings and reorganisations.
His clients include both quoted and unquoted companies and UK and
multi national companies.
In the public sector, David has advised many of the central
government departments and other public sector bodies on a
wide range of commercial transactions. These include reorganisations,
disposals, outsourcings and PFI/PPP contracts. He also
advises on public law issues and is acutely aware of the additional
concerns faced by public
sector clients such as public perception and propriety
issues.
David lectures for a range of industry bodies on corporate finance
matters. He is the author of the legal documentation chapters
in "A Complete Guide to Mergers and Acquisitions" published by
Kogan Page and writes articles for trade magazines on various
topical corporate and commercial issues.
