Peter Williams specialises in asbestos
related disease claims particularly those related to mesothelioma,
work accident and road traffic claims. He joined the team in
1993 and became partner in 2001. He is a member of the
Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Law Society Personal
Injury Panel.
Peter speaks regularly for Central Law Training on asbestos disease
and fatal accident claims at their annual conferences. In
2006 his client was involved in the pleural plaques test litigation
in the Court of Appeal and was the only Claimant to emerge
successful.
