Angus Ackroyd advises on a full range of contentious and
non-contentious employment matters. On the contentious side, Angus
has extensive experience of Employment Tribunal litigation,
including defending claims of disability, race and age
discrimination, whistleblowing, constructive dismissal and unfair
dismissal.
Angus' non-contentious work includes advising on and drafting
contracts of employment, staff handbooks and consultancy
agreements, and advising on collective and individual redundancies
and TUPE.
