Arik Aslanyan advises on a wide range of corporate transactions
including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and
restructurings. As a member of CIS/CEE team, he specialises in cross-border
corporate transactions involving Eastern Europe and Ukraine in
particular.
A significant part of Arik's work experience involves acting for
various high net worth individuals and corporate entities in
Ukraine, Russia and Armenia including assisting his clients with
their private client matters.
Arik regularly advises on cross-border joint ventures and
acquisitions. Some of the largest deals that Arik advised on
include a multi-million dollar acquisition of a mining complex,
advising a client on a multi-layered restructuring and share swap
agreements involving assets and holdings in metals industry and
acquisition of a sea port infrastructure and natural gas
transportation facility.
He advises clients in the natural resources,
infrastructure, retail and entertainment sectors.
