Louisa Albertini is a Senior Associate (PSL) in our Intellectual
Property and Technology Dispute Resolution Group.
Louisa trained at Field Fisher Waterhouse, qualifying into the
IP and Technology dispute resolution department in 1996. Louisa
worked as a senior assistant until 2005 and acquired a wide range
of experience advising clients on copyright, trade mark, passing
off, misuse of confidence and technology disputes, and working on a
number of reported cases.
In her current role, Louisa produces a variety of client-focused
publications on intellectual property and media issues, including
briefing notes and newsletters on recent developments. She
organises internal and external training, and advises the Group on
a wide-range of issues. Louisa also writes articles which are
published in several publications, such as World Trademark Review,
New Law Journal, Entertainment Law Review, Trademark World and IT
Law Today.
