Paula Abrahamian focuses on
investment
matters within the firm’s Real Estate
Group. Paula acts for a wide range of clients in acquisitions and
disposals of various types of commercial property. She has also
acted for hotel and leisure clients in corporate transactions which
have involved the acquisition or sale of a portfolio of properties.
She also advises on a variety of landlord and tenant matters.
Paula’s works in the public sector and not-for-profit sector and
clients include pension funds, property fund management companies,
National Health Service trusts, charities and private
investors.
Paula speaks French and
Armenian.
