Camilla Buchanan works in our Competition
and EU Regulatory Group and is based in Brussels. She
specialises in EU environmental and international trade law,
including litigation before the Court of Justice of the European
Union.
Her practice focuses on advising multinational companies and
industry associations on compliance with EU chemicals legislation
(REACH, RoHS, biocides and plant protection products), including
competition and WTO aspects.
Camilla is a Scots law qualified solicitor, admitted in 2002,
with a Master’s degree in EU Law from the College of Europe,
Bruges. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
