Frédéric Bellanca works in the banking, finance and securities sectors assisting credit
institutions, investment service providers, management companies,
funds, and more generally, all types of financial
institutions, both French and foreign.
He focuses his practice on issues faced by regulated
entities (creation, organization and management, acquisition and
restructuring operations); the products and services offered by
these entities as well as their commercialization and distribution
networks; and market rules and infrastructures.
He has also acquired significant litigation experience in financial services
cases and disciplinary matters before financial regulators. He
generally defends regulated entities but has also acted for
individual and corporate clients in market abuse cases.
