Guy is an Associate in the Corporate Group. He works on a range of corporate
and commercial matters for both private clients and public sector
clients. He has advised on a wide range of matters including
M&A deals, joint ventures, LLP conversions, reorganisations
and social enterprises.
Guy focuses on working for clients in the
energy sector, the public sector (including mutualisation projects)
and the financial services sector.
Guy has recently had articles published by PLC
Online dealing with public sector reorganisations and
mutualisations. Guy has also had an article on building society
funding published in the Butterworths Journal of International
Banking and Financial Law.
