Jessica is a solicitor in our Competition and EU Regulatory Group. She advises
a variety of clients on a range of competition law work, primarily
in relation to alleged cartels and abuse of dominance issues.
Jessica also has experience in undertaking
compliance work for clients, conducting merger control analysis and
amending distribution agreements. She has also attended a dawn raid
and is developing particular expertise in this area, providing
advice to clients on the preparatory steps they can take in order
to mitigate their risk in the event of a dawn raid.
Jessica participates in the firm's Retail and Hotel and
Leisure Sector Groups.
