Jonathan is a partner in the firm's Equity Capital Markets
team.
Jonathan acts for both companies and advisers
on the London Stock Exchange's Main and AIM markets, advising on
flotations, secondary issues and takeovers. He also
undertakes a wide range of work for entrepreneurs, smaller growing
companies, family businesses and joint ventures.
Jonathan has extensive experience advising
clients in the
energy
sector, with a particular focus on mining. He is head of the firm's Mining Group and has
recently been recommended in the International Who's Who of Mining
Lawyers 2013.
In addition he assists clients in the
technology and
healthcare sectors.
