Nathalie advises Belgian and international companies on the
practical aspects of international mobility, i.e. "business
migration", social security documents, registration in Belgium,
etc. She is regularly involved in dealings with the Belgian
authorities.
Nathalie provides advice on: obtaining and/or applying for
migration documents with the relevant Belgian authorities on behalf
of employees, companies or individuals themselves; how to obtain
visas from local Belgian diplomatic authorities abroad; how to
register with local authorities in Belgium in order to obtain a
Belgian residence card; etc.
She furthermore advises with respect to international social
security for (multinational) companies/individuals, including
advice on and applying for: A1 documents for assignments within the
EU/EEA and Switzerland; Limosa declarations in cases of employment
in Belgium; certificates of coverage in cases of assignment to
countries with bilateral agreements; and applying an exemption in
Belgium from Belgian social security in cases where the foreign
country has no bilateral agreement with Belgium.
She is also an administrative coordinator with respect to
payroll matters on behalf of expats.
Nathalie speaks French (native), English (fluent) and Dutch
(conversational).
