Ramatu Banga has over 10 years experience advising well-known
leisure operators on matters ranging from acquisition and
development, to secondary income opportunities. Her most recent
experience includes advising on the property aspects of corporate
acquisitions and managing block transactions including disposals,
and sale and leasebacks. Her particular focus is on hotels, health
clubs, bars and nightclubs.
In tandem with this, Ramatu also has experience dating back to her
qualification at the firm in 1994, of acting for
public sector bodies on the transfer of assets, managing and
implementing regeneration and development schemes, and generally
advising on all aspects of asset management.
