Aleksandra Cison has assisted on a range of
corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint
ventures, equity capital markets and general corporate issues. She
has been involved in advising clients from a number of industry
sectors, in particular the energy and natural
resources sector, the retail sector
and the financial institutions.
Aleksandra originally graduated in law in
Poland and achieved a master’s degree in German and Polish law
(LLM).
Aleksandra speaks Polish, English and
German.
