Hannah Cunningham has experience of contentious and non
contentious employment work for both public and private sector
employers. She currently has a varied Tribunal caseload, including
unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and a range of discrimination
claims, in particular involving disability discrimination and also
sex discrimination. She has also advised on individual and
collective employment issues arising from a large scale redundancy
exercise.
Hannah is also experienced in a range of non-contentious
advisory work, including advising on termination issues and
compromise agreements as well as contracts of employment and staff
handbooks. Additionally, she has advised on the employment
implications arising from outsourcing arrangements. Hannah has also
been involved in advising on the employment aspects of commercial
transactions such as the employment implications arising from
acquisitions.
Hannah focuses on the public sector and retail sectors.
Hannah has written for Company Secretary's
Review law reports and has also presented a workshop as part of the
Employment and Pension Group's annual employment law training
programme.
