East, Far East, Australasia and the BRIC countries.
Leighton has also practiced in the areas of commercial and
intellectual property law and his expertise includes the drafting
and negotiation of franchise, licence, confidentiality,
distribution, sale and purchase, joint venture and other commercial
agreements, advising in relation to repudiation, breach and
cancellation of contracts, share and asset divestiture and
acquisition, intellectual property and corporate due diligence.
