Lisa Comber is a director in our Technology Law Group with over 15 years’
experience of advising both the public and private sector on a
number of large and complex IT procurements, outsourcings and technology transactions.
Lisa also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a
wide range of commercial agreements including consultancy/agency
agreements, support/maintenance agreements, sponsorship agreements,
software licences (including open source), professional services
contracts, web design and hosting agreements and
distribution/reseller agreements.
Lisa provides advice and guidance on public procurement,
e-commerce, data protection and freedom of information laws.
Lisa has worked with a number of US companies venturing into
Europe to ensure that the terms on which they will do business are
fit for purpose and is a member of Women in Telecoms and
Technology.

entertainment and the public
sector.
Lisa has written on a variety of IT/e-commerce and data
