Patrick specialises in all aspects of real estate finance
and corporate finance.
As head of the firm’s Sports Group, Patrick acts for clients in
the world of rugby, golf, motor racing, football, tennis, cricket
and horse racing, advising on the commercial and funding aspects of
their businesses. In particular he advises on the structuring and
financing of stadia, racetrack and arena developments. His clients
include Sport England, Convers Sports Initiatives plc,
PowerPlay Golf Holdings Limited, Extreme Sports Group, London Irish
RFC, Norton Motorcycles Limited, Polistas Limited and
Planet Sport.
In relation to real estate finance expertise, he is currently
involved in a number of major regeneration projects in the UK.
Patrick also advises asset backed businesses including owners and
operators of data centres, student accommodation, serviced offices,
serviced apartments, self storage, care centres and hotels. His
clients include South Street, Minc Property, Worcester
Property Company, Alliance Holdings,
Apollo Resorts and Leisure
Limited.
In relation to corporate finance, Patrick advises listed and
unlisted companies on all aspects of corporate transactions
including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures,
reorganisations, investment and AIM flotations.
