Robert Cooke specialises in banking and
secured lending, know-how in these areas, and anti-money
laundering.
Robert qualified in 1985, and joined FFW as
partner in 1997. He has many years experience of banking and
secured lending work, and is also the firm's nominated officer for
anti-money laundering.
He has contributed to publications or briefing
papers on many subjects, including secured lending,, contract
formalities, shareholder rights, financial regulation and, more
recently the eurozone crisis.
