Tim is a solicitor in the firm's Public and
Regulatory group, having qualified in 2010.
Tim has experience in a range
of public, disciplinary and Regulatory law matters, including
judicial review, internal governance and the research and
drafting of policy documents and Regulatory schemes. In
addition, he investigates and prepares professional
disciplinary cases for Fitness to Practise and Conduct
hearings. Tim has been
seconded to the Metropolitan Police Authority and the Financial
Reporting Council (Accountancy and Actuarial Discipline
Board).
Tim has written several articles for Field Fisher Waterhouse's On
the Ball, a football law themed publication, including one on the
practice of Third Party ownership of players. He also
co-authored and presented
one of the firm’s podcasts on the topic of mediation.
Tim has additional experience in defendant liability, employers'
liability and public liability matters.
