advises in all fields of intellectual property law, with a particular
focus on trade mark
law and design
law. As a qualified European & Benelux Trade Mark and
Design Attorney, he assists undertakings in protecting (clearance,
filing and prosecution) and defending their trademarks, designs,
copyright, domain names and innovations. He previously worked for
one of the leading IP offices in the Benelux.
