John Downs is involved in a wide

hotels & leisure and investment property matters. John advises
a variety of corporate clients on acquisitions and disposals of
various types of commercial property from individual properties to
the acquisition or sale of portfolios of properties. He also
advises on the property elements of corporate transactions. John
acts for a number of landlords and tenants on a variety of landlord
& tenant matters.
