Sinead Donnelly is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Pensions Group.
Sinead advises both public and private sector clients on a wide
range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
She handles a large number of Tribunal claims, including
discrimination and dismissal claims. Sinead's experience includes
advising on TUPE matters, collective redundancies and drafting
employment contracts, handbooks, policies and directors' service
agreements.
Sinead has written a number of articles for publications such as
Personnel Today and The Company Secretary Review. She is also a
regular contributor to the 'Employee Dilemma' column published
weekly in the Manchester Evening News.
Sinead is a regular presenter at our seminars and workshops as
part of the annual employment law training programme.
