Chris Farrell specialises in construction
and engineering law, having trained at construction specialist
Fenwick Elliott in London, and qualified there in August 2010.
Chris joined the firm in August 2011.
Chris has advised on all of the major standard form construction
contracts, and several bespoke forms including PFI contracts, and
all types of ancillary security documentation. Chris has advised
clients from the inception of a project, during the contract phase,
and through the dispute resolution process. Chris’ dispute
resolution experience includes ADR, adjudication, litigation and
arbitration proceedings.
He has advised employers, funders and end users, contractors
throughout the supply chain, and consultants.
Chris has also written articles and case summaries for Building
Magazine and the Adjudication Society.
