Domitille is an associate in our corporate finance department in
Paris.
Her practise focuses on local and international mergers &
acquisitions and private equity deals, and trans-border commercial
transactions.
She advises French and multinational groups on corporate matters
and dispute resolutions.
Before joining the firm, Domitille was an associate in the
M&A departments of TAJ (the Paris firm member of the Deloitte
Touche Tohmatsu network) and Reinhart Marville Torre (a Paris full
service firm).
Domitille was admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2006. She
holds a Master degree in Business Law (MIEJA/DEJA) from the
University of Paris X (Nanterre) and a LLM in International
Commercial Law from the University of Kent in Canterbury.
Domitille is fluent in French and English.
