Gonzalo
Fernandez is a partner in the firm’s Finance Group and he heads up the Corporate Trust
Group which is a dedicated team advising corporate trustees and
special purpose issuers on a wide variety of transactions including
securitisations, repackagings, CDOs, credit linked notes, Eurobonds
and custody and escrow arrangements. He has extensive
experience in advising corporate trustees and agents in relation to
defaults and the restructuring of complex structured finance
transactions. He also advises issuers and arrangers on a
variety of capital markets transactions and was a founding director
of the European High Yield Association.
