Laurent Guardelli works in our Employment Practice in Paris.
He specialises in individual and collective
workplace relations. He principally advises and litigates on
behalf of French and foreign groups on their issues relating
to contracts of employment, termination, collective redundancies
and relations with personnel representative bodies.
Laurent graduated from the University of Paris
II (Pantheon-Assas) and the University of Oxford.
He holds a Phd (“Collective bargaining at
company level: A compared approach of French and British
legislations” 1999, University of Paris II
Panthéon-Assas).
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000.
Laurent speaks French and English.
