Ronit Grant is a partner in our Finance Practice. She qualified as a lawyer
in Israel in 1997 and worked for a major Israeli law firm for a
number of years before joining Field Fisher Waterhouse in 2001.
Ronit advises banks, market counterparties and
end-users on all types of debt and structured finance, all aspects
of derivatives, repos and stocklending and in particular on putting
bespoke derivatives into lending and structured finance transactions.
Ronit has recently spent a period of time on
secondment to the London offices of a U.S. broker-dealer.
