Chris Hill is a property litigation lawyer who deals with all
types of property disputes, both landlord and tenant and real
property. His areas of expertise include: business lease renewals,
dilapidations, breach of covenant claims, adverse possession,
assignment issues, forfeiture claims, operation of break options
and tenant default/arrears. His emphasis is on dispute avoidance
