Daniel Hooke is a Senior Associate (PSL) in
our Corporate Department.
He previously worked for 8 years as a
corporate solicitor in the City, specialising in private company
mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, group reorganisations and
constitutional matters.
Daniel arranges and delivers training
programmes for corporate lawyers of all levels, and prepares and
manages internal precedents, current awareness and know-how. He
assists with producing briefing notes and alerters for clients, and
writes regular website articles on a variety of corporate legal
topics. His role also includes helping to review technology modules
and tools used by corporate lawyers.
Daniel is a committee member of Networking for
Know-How, an unfunded organisation which holds seminars and
training events for corporate professional support lawyers at City
and other law firms.
