David is Partner in the Brussels office of Field Fisher
Waterhouse LLP in the Public
Regulatory Department.
He advises Belgian and international clients
in the Energy and Utilities’ markets.
His areas of practice include strategic advice
and assistance in the liberalisation of the energy and transport market including
competition issues. He also acts frequently before Belgian
commercial and administrative courts, arbitration institutions and
European Courts.
David graduated from the Katholieke
Universiteit Leuven (1997), Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB)
(1998) and holds a Finance Certificate. (London School of
Economics, 1999)
David speaks French, English, Dutch, German and Spanish.
