prior to the launch of new brands and strategic advice for
obtaining trade mark protection, whether country specific or
international. She has wide experience of dealing with objections
to trade mark applications from trade mark registries and defending
objections raised by third parties. Georgina also helps clients
attack other parties’ conflicting trade mark rights and negotiates
commercial settlement arrangements.
