Hans Heyne acts as Of Counsel in our Hamburg office.
For more than 30 years, Hans has advised on major investments within the real estate sector, including private investments
as well as closed-end funds, both in Germany and internationally
(inbound/outbound). He also advises on matters relating
international reorganisations of groups, purchases and sales and
IPOs.
Within tax work, Hans focuses on life sciences and media
companies as well as project developers.
Hans studied law at the University of Munich. Since 1983 he has
been graduated tax consultant.
Hans was previously an international partner of the
international accountancy firms Arthur Andersen and Ernst &
Young for several years.
Hans advises his clients in German and English.
