Michael Harte is a Partner in the Commercial IP Group
Michael advises on a broad range of corporate transactions and
commercial matters including company and business acquisitions and
disposals and joint venture arrangements. He has advised a number
of clients in the leisure, retail, sport and media sectors.
Before joining Field Fisher Waterhouse, Michael had worked for
Goldman Sachs and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Michael is described by his clients as 'an attentive and capable
advisor with a unique blend of wisdom, experience and a youthful
disposition', and also as 'commercially astute, highly intellectual
and reads situations very quickly'.
Michael is also a regular commentator on legal issues associated
