AIM market and PLUS market, public company takeovers, corporate
restructurings and private company mergers and acquisitions.
Nick advises UK and international clients
operating across a variety of different sectors, but with a
particular emphasis on the natural
resources and technology, media and telecoms sectors.
Nick previously spent 6 months working at City
firm of brokers, where he worked as a corporate finance adviser to
a number of AIM companies.
