Pierre-Philippe Hendrickx focuses on Belgian
and international tax advisory, transactional and litigation
work.
This includes assisting clients in the
corporate and financial sectors on a wide
range of tax matters, including corporate
reorganisations, public and private M&A, structuring of investments in the
audiovisual sector (“Tax Shelter”), employee incentive plans and
taxation of artists and professional athletes. He is the author of
various publications on tax law.
Pierre-Philippe has a law degree from the
Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL), as well as degrees in
economic law and tax law, both from the Université Libre de
Bruxelles (ULB). Prior to joining Field Fisher Waterhouse in
November 2009, he has been with Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck
Kirkpatrick where he was appointed as partner in 2001.
Pierre-Philippe is fluent in French and
English.
