responsible for vetting and

transactions, share buy-backs and reverse takeovers, as well
as vetting and approving prospectuses in relation to IPOs (premium
and standard listings) and secondary equity
issues, and
other Listing Rule and
Prospectus Rule related matters.
Rashed has

advisers, sponsors, and companies, both domestic and foreign, on
pre-IPO fundraisings, flotations, secondary fundraisings and
acquisitions/disposals, primarily on the Main Market and AIM
