Brad Isaac is a partner in our Equity
Capital Markets team.
Brad advises on a broad range of corporate
finance transactions, including pre-IPO and secondary fundraisings,
flotations and public company takeovers as well as providing
general corporate law advice. Brad advises brokers, nominated
advisers and private and listed companies, both domestic and
foreign, primarily on the Main Market and AIM.
Brad’s practice is particularly focused on the
energy sector, specifically natural
resources, having advised mining and oil and gas companies in
various jurisdictions around the world, including the UK, Canada,
Australia, South America and Africa. Brad also advises
clients in the technology, sport, financial
institutions, media and real estate sectors.
Brad is ranked in Band 1 in Chambers 2012 and
is commended for his pragmatic approach to a range of AIM
Brad is a qualified lawyer in England &
Wales and New Zealand.

Trap Oil Group plc on its AIM flotation raising
£60 million, acting for Fairfax I.S. plc on
Limited's listing on the Main Market of the London
Stock Exchange, advising EMED
Mining Public Limited on its
secondary listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and associated
public offer of securities, advising finnCap
Limited on the fast track admission to AIM of
Limited and advising AIM and ASX-listed
Cells Limited on its recent
placing and open offer.
