Caroline
Jaggard is an Associate in our Public and
Regulatory Law Group. She is ranked in the "Associates to
watch" section of Chambers 2011 and is described as
"knowledgeable and hard working", focussing "on
advising clients in the public sector, as well as in life sciences
and healthcare".
Caroline advises on a range of regulatory, disciplinary and
public law matters. She regularly handles the investigation and
preparation of professional discipline cases, including
multi-respondent proceedings, and has experience in dealing with
High Court matters including judicial review proceedings (claimant
and defendant) and interim order extensions. Caroline also advises
a range of clients on statutory interpretation and rule
drafting.
