Aymen Khoury deals with a broad range of High Court
and Court of Appeal commercial/corporate cases often with an
international dimension. He regularly advises clients on
contractual disputes, including misrepresentation claims and
disputes relating to guarantees and share purchase agreements.
Aymen's experience includes various forms of urgent injunctive
relief (including injunctions restraining breaches of contract),
mediation and cross-border enforcement. Aymen acts for clients
across a wide range of sectors and has particular experience of
acting for international clients, including clients from the Middle
East and the Far East.
Aymen is a regular contributor to the trade and legal press
(including Fraud Intelligence Journal, Company Secretary Review
and Supply Management.Com) on various topics. He has authored
chapters on Litigation Risk and Reputational Risk in Managing
Business Risk, a leading textbook on risk management endorsed
by the Institute of Risk Managers. He has also contributed to the
second edition of "Commercial Enforcement", the leading textbook on
methods of enforcement of civil judgments.
