Claire Keepax qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2011
and is a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. Claire
joined the trade mark profession in 1997 as a Formalities Assistant
at Markforce Associates, where she progressed to Formalities
Manager before becoming a Trade Mark Assistant in 2004. She joined
Field Fisher Waterhouse in October 2007.
Claire provides clients with advice on all aspects of brand
protection and enforcement including clearance searches and
pre-filing advice, filing and prosecution, oppositions and
co-existence agreements. She works with a wide variety of clients,
in particular in the restaurant, retail
and media sectors.
