Nicholas Knight is part of our Competition and EU Regulatory Group and is based
in Brussels. He specialises in EU Regulatory law with a particular
emphasis on EU chemical legislation (e.g. REACH, CLP, biocides,
plant protection products) and has assisted in litigation before
the European Courts.
His practice also focuses on the law dealing with access to
information, both at the Member State and EU level.
Prior to joining Field Fisher Waterhouse, Nicholas was a trainee
in the European Chemicals Agency's Legal Service in Helsinki. He
has a Master's degree in EU law from the College of Europe,
Bruges.
Nicholas speaks English, French and Spanish.
