Dr. Christoph Lenz is partner and Head of the
Düsseldorf office of Field Fisher Waterhouse. Admitted as
Rechtsanwalt in 1996 he has an in-depth experience in litigating
IP-rights and an excellent reputation at the Düsseldorf courts
which are the most important venue for patent litigation in
Germany.
Dr. Lenz specialises in complex patent
litigation covering all fields of technology, namely medical
products, car industry and car supplier industry products,
mechanical engineering, industrial printing, telecommunication and
electronic products.
Dr. Lenz also focuses on the legal protection
and litigation of German and European Community trademarks
including legal advice concerning the management of international
trademark portfolios.
Dr. Lenz specialises in litigating complex
cases of unfair competition law, in particular with regards to
legal protection from counterfeiting, including the seizure of such
fraudulent products by German customs agencies.
Moreover Dr. Lenz gives legal advice regarding
compliance in respect to Intellectual Property Law.
