Freya Law has dispute
resolution experience in a variety of legal areas and
industry sectors, she acts for blue chip, FTSE 100/250 and market
leading firms, as well as clients in the public sector and
high-net-worth individuals.
Freya’s matters involve a broad spectrum of dispute
resolution techniques including litigation, arbitration and ADR, such as mediation. The
disputes concern simple debt and more complex claims, issues of
tortious liability, private international, public and contract law.
She has experience in the travel and the insurance/reinsurance sectors.
Freya has written articles for Company Secretarial
Review and in the New Law Journal on the Supreme
Court ruling against the Office of Fair Trading on bank charges.
She has also contributed to a webcast on the subject of The
Achilleas case and remoteness of damages in contract.
