Laurence is a partner in the firm’s corporate group and his practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate
finance. He has also acted for many clients on the various stages
of their financing, from raising start-up capital to venture
capital funding. In addition, he advises clients in
insolvency-related situations, including advice to directors on
their duties and responsibilities.
Laurence advises UK and overseas clients
across a range of industry sectors, with many of his clients
operating in the media, telecommunications and technology sectors,
including broadcasters, publishers and service providers.
