Marianne assists on a range of corporate and commercial matters
including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions in cross borders
deals, in particular involving French companies. She also assists
on fundraisings and admissions to the AIM Market of the London
Stock Exchange.
Marianne specialises in the technology
& communications and sport
sectors.
Marianne has contributed to the publication of the Mission
Economique which is part of the French Embassy in London on a book
called a Guide to M&A in the UK.
