Olivier Lantrès is a partner in charge of the Regulatory and Life Sciences Group in
the Paris office.
Olivier specialises in regulatory law and has particular
expertise in the field of life sciences and healthcare in
particular, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and biocides. He has
over twelve years’ experience advising clients in this sector on
regulatory, environmental and product liability issues. His core
practice areas include clinical trials, product advertising and
liability matters and the assistance in the event of controls by
the Health Authorities.
Olivier was awarded a prize by the French Association of Health
Care Law. He is a member of ACIP (pharmaceutical association),
Interbiotech and of an Ethics Committee in Paris in charge of the
assessment of clinical trail protocols.
Olivier is a Doctor at law, and holds a DESS in Healthcare
law.
Olivier started his carrier in 1998 with Price Waterhouse
Coopers before joining Proskauer Rose LLP in 2005. Olivier became a
partner in Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP in 2008.
He speaks French and English.
